ON-VEHICLE SYSTEM, NAVIGATION DEVICE, AND REPRODUCTION DEVICE

Two devices such as a navigation device and a reproduction device can function as an integrated system or as separate devices. Operability of the two devices is improved as follows. The navigation device includes: a first connection state detection unit (S64A) which detects an electrical connection with an audio reproduction device ; and operation reception devices (S65, S66) which can receive an operation on the local device and the audio device regardless of whether an electrical connection with the audio device is detected. The audio device includes: a second connection state detection unit which detects an electrical connection with the navigation device; and an AV control unit which controls operation according to the operation received by an operation reception unit of the navigation device while the connection with the navigation device is detected.
