An integrated rubber magnet holder including a magnetic substance formed in an injection member having soft property, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. An integrated rubber magnet holder(100) comprises: a soft first injection member(110) molded in a mold using a material optionally employed from silicone, urethane resin, PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) resin, and rubber; a display member(120) placed on one face of the first injection member; a second injection member(130) molded on one face of the first injection member to protect the display member from an environment of the outside; and a magnetic substance(140) molded in the first injection member in a state that the magnetic substance is positioned within the first injection member. The second injection member is made from the same material as the first injection member, and is transparent such that the display member can be shown to the outside.
