A 8-hydroxyquinoline-2-carboxylic acid derivative, its preparation method, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the derivative are provided to minimize the side effect of autoimmune pathology and an organ transplant and autoimmune disease. A 8-hydroxyquinoline-2-carboxylic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently H, a fluorine atom, a hydroxyl group, a C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl group, a C1-C5 alkoxy group, or a C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl group substituted with a hydroxyl group.
