A structure of the body side weather strip is provided to improve the equipped efficiency of the body side weather strip to the corner part of the side out panel. A structure of the body side weather strip comprises a carrier sectional part combined in the open flange part of the side out panel of the car body, a tube section part which forms the sealing surface in contact with the door weather strip after being equipped with the hollow type space part in inside, an insert(26) securing the supporting force of the carrier sectional part about the open flange part. The Insert is long-cut along the width of material. A plurality of enclosed type slits(26a) are formed with a same interval along the length of material at the insert.
