X-RAY DETECTOR AND DETECTING METHOD BY THE SAME

摘要

An x-ray detector and detecting method by the same is provided to increase the convenience of a manufacturing process and sensitivity by removing a partition of the thin film transistor or PDP by using the detection method of a gas type. In an x-ray detector and detecting method by the same, bodies(10,20) is formed as the closure structure so that the gas(70) is filled inside them. A dielectric(60) is formed inside of the body and protects a bottom electrode. A circuit part(90) installed on the bottom substrate reads a signal of the detector is more added in the lower plate. The body is the closure structure formed by a sealant(80) so that the gas is filled inside the body.
