[PROBLEMS] A seatbelt holding structure that holds the entire seatbelt to increase the openness of a seating space, can prevent tampering of an attac hment by an infant, and can prevent loss of such an attachment. [MEANS FOR S OLVING PROBLEMS] The seatbelt holding structure has a seat body (10) where a n occupant is seated, a seatbelt (20) for restraining the occupant seated on the seat body (10), and a belt cover (40) as belt holding means for holding the seat belt (20) in the direction in which the seating space of the seat body (10) is open. Thus, because the seating space (S) at the front face of the seat body (10) is an open space wherethe seat belt (20) is not present, the seat belt (20) in an unfixed state does not obstruct seating of the occu pant.
