PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure reliability in a joining part of a separator and a unit cell of a fuel cell.
SOLUTION: Separators 45, 49 are joined to the upper and lower surfaces of an outer edge part of a cell body 39 in their inner edge parts. In other words, the lower surface of the inner edge part of separator 45 on an air electrode side is airtightly brazed-joined over the whole periphery in a joining part 55 in an outer edge part on the upper surface of a solid electrolyte body 27. Similarly, the upper surface of the inner edge part of the separator 49 on a fuel electrode side is brazed-joined over the whole periphery in a joining part 57 in an outer edge part on the lower surface of a fuel electrode 25. By the structure joining the both separators from both sides of the cell body 39, even when stress is applied in the stacking direction of a solid oxide fuel cell 1, joining portions are less likely to be peeled off.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
