<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporally and continuously present a force at an arbitrary position. <P>SOLUTION: An air flow generation part 31 is configured of a propeller fan or the like, and an air flow is generated, so that a force can be generated due to the reaction of the generation of an air flow. An attitude changing part 32 changes the direction of the air flow, and changes the direction of a force by the air flow generation part 31. A holding part 33 transmits the generated force to a person.
