<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degraded insulation of a motor by adjusting the inner pressure of the motor at a pressure preventing discharge even if a vehicle runs a high-altitude place. <P>SOLUTION: A motor insulation protective device 200 has a motor 40 provided in a motor chamber 14, an inverter 16 for supplying an inverter voltage for driving the motor 40, and a pressurizing means for monitoring the inner pressure of the motor chamber 14 and the inverter voltage of the inverter 16 and pressurizing the motor chamber when predicting the discharge of the motor. The pressurizing means has a pressure detecting section 50 for detecting the inner pressure of the motor chamber 14, a voltage detecting section provided in a control section 60 to detect the inverter voltage of the inverter 16, and a pressurizing mechanism 70 for pressurizing the motor chamber 14 in accordance with an output from the control section 60 if the detected inner pressure is lower than a previously set inner pressure for predicting discharge and the detected inverter voltage is higher than the previously set inverter voltage for predicting discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
