<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded transformer with an insulator for impairment diagnostics arranged to be removable under the same environment as an insulator inside a coil. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a resin molded transformer 300 having a high-voltage coil and a low-voltage coil 32, which coils a wire covered with insulating material and molded with resin; and an iron core 33, through which the high-voltage and low-voltage coil 32 is inserted. Between the layers of the coiled wires, air gaps 10 and 20 that open at the end of the coil 32 are arranged. Then, the insulator for impairment diagnostics of the same quality as the foregoing insulator is contained in the air gaps 10 and 20 so that it may be removable. Furthermore, the air gaps 10 and 20 are formed utilizing ventilation ducts 10a and 20a formed between the layers of the coiled wire in order to air-cool the coil 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
