PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire designed to enable the reduction of vibration and noise by the improvement of uniformity even in the configuration having differences in rigidity in a splice part. SOLUTION: The splice part 11a of a carcass member 11 is designed to be spliced in such a manner that the thickness in a diametrical direction of a tire is increased inwardly in the diametrical direction of the tire at a portion where rigidity is low in a block pattern, so that the rigidity of the tire can be uniformly equalized as a whole across the tire circumferential direction and vibration and noise can be reduced by the improvement of uniformity.
