PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a circumferential traffic situation and the atmosphere of a pedestrian are not easily felt in riding a bicycle or a motor scooter since wind noise is necessarily heard in travelling. SOLUTION: Ear covers are attached to human ears and prevent the wind noise. The ear covers are substantially vertically attached to the front sides of the ears toward the side parts of a face, so that the ear cover forms a substantially cylindrical shape between the ear cover and the ears rather than earholes.
