PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice transmission system capable of suppressing a voice signal from being deteriorated by error countermeasure processing and further capable of efficiently transmitting a voice signal. SOLUTION: The voice transmission system comprises a plurality of terminal devices 2 each having a function as a voice transmitting terminal device transmitting a voice signal by a packet 3 and a function as a voice receiving terminal device outputting a voice on the basis of a received voice signal. The packet 3 has voice data 51 constituted of a part of data obtained by dividing the voice signal by a time base and a plurality of voice blocks 50 each constituted of an error detecting code 52 for the relevant voice data 51, and each terminal device 2 comprises an error detecting means 22a for performing error detection of the voice data 51 in the voice block 50 in accordance with an error detecting code 52 in the voice block 50 of the received packet 3, and an error countermeasure processing means 22b for performing error countermeasure processing for the voice data 51 in which the error is detected by the error detecting means 22a.
