PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct, with high precision, a reproduction color difference caused by a characteristic difference between devices. SOLUTION: A color conversion device performs color conversion while associating an output value with each of points in a three-dimensional input space constituted of color input signals from three input channels by interpolating a look-up table value equivalent with an array having elements as many as (D+1)3of an output signal wherein D is the number of divisions for each channel. The color conversion device includes: a body-centered value generating means for generating an output value corresponding to a body-centered point of each of cubic lattice blocks constituted of lattice points of the input space applying the look-up table value; and an interpolation means for interpolating the output value in accordance with the look-up table value.
