PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom device that prevents howling and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: In the intercom device A, a body A10 stores a speaker SP outputting sound information transmitted via an information line L2, and microphones M1, M2 collecting sound to output a sound signal. The microphone M1 is arranged in the body A10 while a sound collection section opposes the diaphragm of the speaker SP. The microphone M2 is arranged in the body A10 while the sound collection section faces the front of the body A10. A signal processing section in the body A10 generates a signal approximating sound that is produced from the speaker SP and is collected by the second microphone M2 from the sound signal outputted by the first microphone M1, and outputs the difference between a sound signal outputted by the second microphone M2 and an approximate signal.
