PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that thinning is difficult since a plurality of spacers are used in a conventional capacitor microphone provided with an acoustic hole on a circuit board side. SOLUTION: In the capacitor microphone including a circuit board where an electronic component is mounted, a support base body with a gap for housing the electronic component mounted on the circuit board, an electret board for which an electret layer is formed on an electrode, a vibration diaphragm unit for which a vibration diaphragm is fixed to a vibration diaphragm support frame, and a case with a bottom surface on one side and an opening on the other, the electret board, the vibration diaphragm unit, the support base body and the circuit board are laminated and disposed in the order from the bottom surface side of the case, the acoustic hole passing through the circuit board, the support base body and the vibration diaphragm unit is provided, and the acoustic hole passing through them communicates the upper surface side of the vibration diaphragm and the outside.
