PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp for magnetic parts which can effectively diffuse the heat generated from magnetic parts and effectively prevent the leak of magnetic flux from the magnetic parts, without increasing working man-hours. SOLUTION: The clamp 51 for fixing cores 45a and 45b for a transducer beforehand includes a heat radiator 54 which has a heat-releasing function or a magnetic shield 55 which inhibits magnetic flux leak from a transducer 31. Because of this, the work which fixes the cores 45a and 45b for a transducer with the clamp 51 and the integration work of the heat radiator 54 and magnetic shield 55 to the transducer 31 are finished simultaneously. Hence, the working process which incorporates the heat radiator 54 or magnetic shield 55 is not needed, other than the working process which fixes cores 45a and 45b for a transducer as conventionally, without having to increase working man-hours, the heat generated from the transducer 31 can be diffused effectively, and the leak of magnetic flux from the transducer 31 can be prevented effectively.
