PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet rack 1 that has a function of sucking air and also has a function of absorbing sound with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The cabinet rack 1 is provided with an inlet 4 adjacent to the inlet of an apparatus and an inclined face 5 adjacent to the inlet 4, wherein a sound absorbing body 7 is provided between the inclined face 5 and the inlet 4, sound generating from the apparatus is hit to the inclined face 5 to be alleviated and is absorbed with the sound absorbing body 7, and it is discharged to the outside of the cabinet rack 1.
