PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of being miniaturized and reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker 1 comprising a heating chamber 2 receiving an object W to be heated, a steam generating device 3 generating the steam for heating the object W, and a fluid temperature rising device 10 for rising a temperature of the steam generated by the steam generating device 3 by heat exchange with a heating element 12, and heating and cooking the object W by supplying the steam of which the temperature is risen by the fluid temperature rising device 10 into the heating chamber 2, an air blower 6 is disposed to guide the steam in the heating chamber 2 to the fluid temperature rising device 10 and circulating the steam, the fluid temperature rising device 10 has a first fluid passage 15 for circulating the steam generated by the steam generating device 3, and a second fluid passage 16 for circulating the steam flowing out from the heating chamber 2, and pressure loss of the second fluid passage 16 is smaller than that of the first fluid passage 15.
