PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching anchor pin capable of fixing an upper member and a lower member, and easily removing the upper member and the lower member. SOLUTION: The attaching/detaching anchor pin comprises a rod shaped pin comprising a tapered portion composed of a straight flat portion, a tapered portion continuously provided on the flat portion and narrowing from a lower part to an upper part, and a tip end portion continuously provided on the tapered portion and extending the narrowed part to be straight; a cylindrical sheath narrowing from a lower surface toward an upper surface so as to cover the pin and becoming straight at a deep portion, and boring non-penetrating hole; and a circular collar provided on a lower surface of the sheath. The flat portion of the pin is fixed to a lower member, and the sheath covering an upper half of the pin is fitted with an upper member, thereby detachably coupling the upper member and the lower member.
