PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo signal generating device for a gas sensor, precisely and in a pseudo manner generating a delay state of a detection signal output in a state where the gas sensor is deteriorated. SOLUTION: Until T5 timing where a first delay signal (a voltage value VipLR[LRw]) delayed by LR time from a reference signal intersects with a second delay signal (a voltage value VipRL[RLw]) delayed by an RL time longer than the LR time, the first delay signal is output as a pseudo signal. Since the voltage value after the T5 timing tends to be lowered, the second delay signal is selected as a pseudo signal. However, the second delay signal indicates a value from the T5 timing to the T7 timing, larger than the voltage value (lean same reference value) at the T5 timing, and the lean same reference value is output as a pseudo signal during the time.
