摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a reinforced concrete column and steel beams, which can rigidly connect between the former and the latter in weldless manner or by welding to the minimum extent. SOLUTION: The connection structure between the reinforced concrete column and the steel beams is constructed by arranging end faces of the plurality of steel beams 21 in a connection portion 10 of the reinforced concrete column 11 and abutting the same on each other, and placing concrete 15 on the connection portion 10. The connection structure is formed of: a first force transmission member 30 which is arranged so as to enclose part of the concrete 15 placed in the connection portion 10; second force transmission members 40 which are fixed to the steel beams 21, and arranged in concrete 16 enclosed by the first force transmission member 30; and third force transmission members 50 which are fixed to a fixing member 22 fixed to the reinforced concrete column 11, or directly fixed to the reinforced concrete column 11, and arranged in the concrete 16 enclosed by the first force transmission member 30.
