PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a building unit, which can enhance the degree of freedom of a design plan of a unit building. SOLUTION: A habitable-room unit 20 and an auxiliary room unit 30 are joined together so that an intermediate section 22a of a ceiling beam 22 of the habitable-room unit (first building unit) 20 with a skeleton, in which four floor beams 23 etc., the four ceiling beams 22 etc. and four columns 21 etc. are assembled in a box shape, and a column 31 of the auxiliary room unit (second building unit) 30 with a skeleton, in which four floor beams 33 etc., four ceiling beams 32 etc. and the four columns 31 etc. are assembled in a box shape, can face each other. In this case, the reinforcing structure 1 of the building unit reinforces the habitable-room unit 20. A reinforcing member 40 along the ceiling beam 22 of the habitable-room unit 20 is provided in a position to face the column 31 of the auxiliary room unit 30 and throughout its periphery.
