PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure for cutting off sunlight which has high sunlight cut-off properties, has low haze value, has low production cost, has lightweight, and has high degree of freedom in adjusting color tone. SOLUTION: The laminated structure for cutting off sunlight comprises producing fine hexaboride particles represented by general formula XB6, wherein X is at lest one element selected from among Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Zr, Ba, Sr and Ca, as fine boride particles having a sunlight cut-off function, dispersing the fine hexaboride particles in a plastic film, sheet, or the like to make an intermediate film, and interposing an intermediate layer having the intermediate film between two sheets of lamination plates selected from a plate glass, a plastic, a plastic containing fine boride particles having the sunlight cut-off function.
