ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

摘要

An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to reduce the number of display memories required in the sub field unit driving. A display unit(120) includes a plurality of sub pixels(110) arranged on a substrate in a matrix type. One display memory unit(160) stores a image data frame stored in a host memory unit(140) to a plurality of sub-field units. A data controlling unit(150) loads the image data frame stored in the host memory unit in a bit unit and converts the image data frame into the plurality of subfield units, and stores the converted result in the display memory unit. When the sub field is changed, the data controlling unit interposes a black time in the sub field.
