A polarizing plate is provided to minimize liquid crystal device of a front projector and rear projector type while having an excellent interior light. In a polarizer used for the projective LCD, a first transparent substrate is positioned at most exterior while facing at least transparent substrates(1, 3) which are spaced apart each other. At least two polarized light devices(5, 6) are positioned at most exterior of another side. The polarized light device is sealed up in order not to contact to outside of them.
