An elbow reducer manufacturing method for the sprinkler which the pressure tightness is excellent and uses the aluminum cast in which the leakage outbreak is prevented by manufacturing the elbow reducer for sprinkler by taking advantage of the aluminum cast. An elbow reducer manufacturing method for the sprinkler using the aluminum cast perform the following steps: a step(S400) making the middle of the sand material having the shape corresponding to the inner shape of the elbow reducer for sprinkler; a step(S410) which dissolves the raw material aluminium and chemicals-treated; a step for inserting into the gravity casting mold middle(S420); a step that the molten metal which is injected while the mold rearwards rotates finds the molten metal way with mold inside furnace and filling up between the mold and middle(S430); a step for removing the middle from the manufactured aluminum casting(S440); a event handler step which earn(Burr)s and which sticks to the casting removing the part(S450); a thermal processing step in 515 ~ 535‹C the intensity of the aluminum casting which is phenomenon processed is increased(S460); a spiral wire processing step in the piping joint(S470); and in case the air bubble(porosity) is generated in the aluminum casting after the spiral wire formation is completed, air bubbles which are partial or which are continued are filled in with the inert substance like the thermosetting resin and classifies finalizing(S480).
