<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an angle of a monitor unit to be set at a desired angle even when attempting to view a television receiver from a plurality of places, without pressing complicated operation on a user. <P>SOLUTION: When a command is input from any remote control device (YES in #1), the input command is executed (#2) and an indication to change the angle of a casing is displayed on a video output unit by an on-screen display (#3). It is then discriminated on the basis of header information which remote control device is operated (#4) and a rotary driving unit is controlled (#5, #6) so as to match the angle of the casing with respect to a pedestal with the angle being set for the corresponding remote control device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
