<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus tends to be a state in which all conveying paths are opened by only opening a swinging opening/closing cover. <P>SOLUTION: A couple of conveying paths 5 on which the transfer paper P is passed are lined up with spacing in a thickness direction of the transfer paper P behind the swinging opening/closing cover 6 communicating with inside of an apparatus main body 1A in an image forming apparatus. Then, in between both conveying paths 5, an intermediate conveying device S is provided in a freely swung open and closed state linked in the same direction with the swinging opening/closing cover 6.
