<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging information processing method for efficiently settling charges between a common carrier of a first county where a user uses a communication service and a common carrier of a second country where the user subscribes to the communication service for packet communication of international roaming, and to provide a charging information processor. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of packet communication use information files of international roaming communication used by the user are acquired, packet communication use information (CDR) included in the plurality of packet communication use information files is gathered by session to generate a communication use information file for each session, and the communication use information file for each session is converted to a communication use information file for transmission to be transmitted to the common carrier of the second country. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
