<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a job cost list including an item cost and printing cost of an item specified by a management code to a user in the case of processing a job for a certain item. <P>SOLUTION: When a management code item cost is inputted from a PC 11-3, a job log, a management code and an item cost are transmitted to a management device 11-1 (WF21). A printing job is generated in the PC 11-3 and printed out by a printer 11-4 (WF24). Then, the management device 11-1 stores the job log and the management code which are transmitted from the PC 11-3 in a database included in the management device 11-1. When a printing cost corresponding to the management code set for the job is acquired, the item cost and the acquired printing cost are stored in the database as a job cost for the management code. When the printing cost corresponding to the management code set for the job is not acquired on the other hand, the item cost is stored as a job cost for the management code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
