<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which allows an optical cable connected between electronic equipment and an optical accommodating section to be smoothly operated while maintaining a specific radius even when opening/closing work of the electronic equipment is executed, and can be made compact. <P>SOLUTION: Even when an optical video terminal device accommodating section 920 is opened or closed 90 degrees or greater around a hinge 930 connecting the optical cable 140 connected between the optical cable accommodating section 910 and the optical video terminal device accommodating section 920, an extra length is absorbed by the optical cable accommodating section 910 and the optical cable length difference adjusting section 922 of the optical video terminal device accommodating section 920. This makes it possible to provide a compact optical terminal device 900 that can be smoothly moved through a cable guide 915, serving as the reference point of the movable section of the optical cable 140, without requiring the operation for preventing the optical cable 140 from being sandwiched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
