<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device equipped with induction heating coils capable of easily induction heating a heated object of a square cylindrical shape by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: Leads 312 are provided at one of a plurality of plane parts 311A forming a pair at given gaps in which voltages from a power supply means supplying power are applied, in a nearly square cylinder shaped coil body 311 having the plurality of plane parts 311A and a plurality of bent parts 311B in correspondence with outer shapes of a heated object 101. Folded parts 313 folded at a gap of nearly the same size as those of the lead parts 312 at the other plane parts 311A where no leads 312 exist in the coil body 311 in a state of being protruded outward from the coil body 311. Thus, a calorific volume of each plane part of the heated object 101 is nearly equal, so that the square cylindrical heated object 101 can be uniformly heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
