PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact optical vibration control device capable of reducing focus fluctuation, and capable of enhancing vibration control performance. SOLUTION: The optical vibration control device 100 includes: the first and second movable parts including the first and second lenses 11a, 11b having positive and negative optical powers, respectively; a support member 13 for movably supporting the first and second movable parts along a direction different from an optical axis direction; and an actuator for driving the first and second movable parts reverse-directionally each other with respect to the support member. The actuator is constituted of the first element 110b provided in the support member, the second element 16b provided in the first movable part and opposed to the first face of the first element, and the third element 16d provided in the second movable part and opposed to the second face of the first element.
