PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid thin film battery capable of easily forming a battery of a high voltage and high electric capacity by laminating a plurality of thin-film batteries. SOLUTION: The solid thin-film battery 1A includes a positive electrode layer 3, a negative electrode layer 2, and a solid electrolyte layer 4 arranged between these layers, and also includes: a support 5 of electric insulation property on which the above each layer is laminated; a positive electrode side current collector 6 which is formed on the support and conducted to the positive electrode layer; a negative electrode side current collector 7 which is formed on the support and conducted to the negative electrode layer; and a positive electrode side connection ear 10 and a negative electrode side connection ear 11 which are formed extended at prescribed positions at the periphery of the support and in which connection electrodes 8, 9 to be conducted to the respective current collectors are formed.
