PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress vibration transmitted to a housing from a fan unit with a simple configuration in an electronic device with an aircooling fan. SOLUTION: A fan unit accommodating section 20 of the electronic device with the aircooling fan is provided, for example, at the utmost stage of the electronic housing 21, and an inside of the housing 21 is forcibly aircooled by generating an airflow from a lower side to an upper side of the housing 21 by a fan unit that is accommodated into and mounted on the fan unit accommodating section 20. A guiderail receiving section 22 that accommodates the fan unit into the housing 21 and supports the same therein by sliding the guiderail provided on both sides of the fan unit in the fan unit accommodating section 20, a plate spring 23 whose thin metal is bent is disposed inside the guiderail receiving section 22, and the vibration of the fan unit is designed not to be transmitted to the side of the housing 21 by supporting the guiderail of the fan unit through the plate spring 23.
