PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate mounting structure such that a substrate can be attached to a chassis by replacing a screwing part at one place with a hooking structure and only fixing the remaining one part with a screw. SOLUTION: The substrate has a locking hole 70 and a screw insertion hole 80 formed of through holes. The chassis 10 includes a hook piece 50 which is cut and raised, and a tapped hole 60. After the substrate is put over the chassis 10 by inserting hook piece 50 into the locking hole 70 of the substrate, the substrate is slid to hook the hook piece 50 with the hooking hole 70. The screw insertion hole 80 is aligned with the tapped hole 60 through the hooking operation, and an attachment screw 30 inserted into the screw insertion hole 80 is inserted into the tapped hole 60 and tightened.
