PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiprocessor system which realizes processing of simultaneousness securement reducing an overhead of RMW (Read Modify Write) processing and suppressing an increase in man hours of program. SOLUTION: This multiprocessor system is characterized by having a first data ID register 12a which stores the first data ID of data to which a CPU core 11a accesses, a second data ID register 12b which stores the second data ID of data to which a CPU core 11b accesses, a data table storage means 10 which is shared among multiple CPU cores and memorizes a data table 22 correlating beforehand a plurality of related data to data ID at least a part of which coincides, and a data ID comparison means 16 which compares the first data ID stored in the first data ID register 12a with the second data ID stored in the second data ID register 12b; wherein either the CPU core 11a or the CPU core 11b reserves access to the data table 22 when comparison result by the data ID comparison means coincides.
