摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for the numerical analysis of the physical quantity of a welded body in the case of multi-layer welding. SOLUTION: This method for analyzing welded object physical quantity is provided to calculate the physical quantity such as the residual stress of the welded body 101 when a thermal source is moved several number of times along a weld line 105 of the welded body 101, and multi-layer welded by a plurality of weld paths by numerical analysis such as a differential equation governing a phenomenon. Numerical analysis is operated about an analytic model in which projection welded objects 201 and 301 on which the molded body 101 is projected are arranged corresponding to each weld path so that weld lines 205 and 305 can be continued at the downstream side of the moving coordinate system of the welded lines 105 and 205 on the previous weld paths by using a moving coordinate system moving to the opposite direction at the same speed as that of moving speeds 104, 204 and 304 of thermal sources 102, 202 and 302 on each weld path.
