摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a tooth groove of an inner spline, which secures efficiency and accuracy in measuring the tooth groove of the inner spline. SOLUTION: In the device, centering of a shaft part 4 is carried out in high accuracy by supporting the shaft part 4 by a vertical pair of centers 5 and 6 in a center unit 2. In this status, a gauge head 20 is made to contact with each tooth groove of the inner spline 7 one by one while rotating the shaft part 4 around an axial center, and a displacement to a reference position of the gauge head 20 in each tooth groove is converted by a converting means into a displacement in the shaft direction of the shaft part of a spindle 23. Based on this measurement result, a deflection in the tooth groove of inner splines 7 of shaft part 4 is measured so that the measurement of deflection of tooth groove can be made more efficient while accuracy of the measurement can be increased.
