PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing flow impediment of underground water with easy maintenance. SOLUTION: The structure 1 for preventing flow impediment of underground water comprises a lining body 5; an opening 7 provided penetrating the lining body 5; a water passing means 9 provided in the opening 7; and a washing system 11 for washing a solid-liquid separator 19 of the water passing means 9. The washing system 11 is composed of a storage tank 35; a pump 37 for supplying water in the storage tank 35 to the water passing means 9; a water pipe 41 for conveying water supplied from the pump 37; a drain pipe 33 for draining muddy water after washing; a drain pipe valve 34 mounted to the drain pipe 33; a water tank 55 for storing water purified by precipitating sediment included in the muddy water; and a water flow pipe 57 for allowing water in the water tank 55 to flow to the storage tank 35.
