PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber cement composition simultaneously satisfying cohesiveness before vulcanization and adhesiveness after vulcanization, with respect to styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)-based tire tread having a high natural rubber (NR) compounding ratio. SOLUTION: The rubber cement composition comprises (i) 100 pts.wt. rubber components comprising 95-80 pts.wt. SBR and 5-20 pts.wt. isoprene rubber (IR) containing≥96 wt.% 1,4-trans components, (ii) 20-70 pts.wt. carbon black and (iii) 2-40 pts.wt. cohesive resin, wherein the whole solids of (i)-(iii) are uniformly dispersed in an organic solvent at 2-20 wt.% concentration.
