PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively perform renewal work of a vertical drain pipe, by reducing cost in a new vertical drain pipe, by easily removing an old vertical drain pipe. SOLUTION: This drainage equipment is characterized in that the connection of an upper socket 35 of the vertical drain pipe 30 to a lower end straight pipe 27 of a drain pipe coupling 20 of the upper floor, and the connection of a lower end spigot 31s of the vertical drain pipe 30 to an upper socket 22 of the drain pipe coupling 20 of the lower floor, are set in the dimensional relationship between the lower end straight pipe part 27 of the drain pipe coupling 20 of the upper floor, the upper socket 35 of the vertical drain pipe 30 and the upper socket 22 of the drain pipe coupling 20 of the lower floor so as to be connectable by an exchange of the vertical drain pipe 30 to a connection position.
