A camera shutter device is provided to reduce the size while maintaining shutter driving performance, operate a driving arm for operating a pair of shutters with improved force so as to rapidly drive the shutters and shield electromagnetic waves through a housing. A camera shutter device includes a housing(80) having an opening formed at the bottom thereof and a second through-hole(81) formed at the top thereof, a base(10) which is inserted into the housing and has a light transmitting hole(16), a bobbin(20) set on the base, a driving arm(30) rotatably mounted on the base, first and second magnets(41,42) respectively inserted into both sides of the driving arm, and first and second shutters(50,60) rotatably mounted on the base and slidably connected to the driving arm. First magnetic poles of the first and second magnets are arranged outside the driving arm and second magnetic poles of the first and second magnets are arranged inside the driving arm. The first and second shutters rotate in opposite directions to open/close the light transmitting hole.
