The present invention aims to provide knee replacement prostheses comprising a femoral component, a tibial bearing insert made from a piece of material having a flat bottom surface adapted to fit onto a conventional tibial component and a top surface having dished area(s) adapted to be engaged with said femoral component, and optionally a stabilizing post attached to the top surface of the tibial insert and aligned with its axis of symmetry, wherein said bottom and top surfaces are substantially parallel and having more or less the same cross-sectional shape, and wherein said top and bottom surfaces are axially rotated relative to each other.
