A supporting device and a display apparatus having the same are provided to connect to peripheral apparatuses easily and change connection structure rapidly. A moving base(180) is engaged with a fixing base(120). The first connection unit(130) guides the moving base along with the first surface with regard to the fixing base by connecting to the fixing base and the moving base. The second connection unit(160) connects the fixing base with the moving base with regard to the fixing base so that the second connection unit guides the moving base along with the first surface and the second surface which is actually vertical. The second connection unit rotatably includes a rotation hinge(161) which guides the moving base along with a horizontal direction shaft line of the first surface.
