CONTROL VALVE FOR VARIABLE CAPACITY TYPE COMPRESSOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A control valve for a variable displacement compressor and a control method thereof are provided to prevent a valve rod from being influenced by the control of a discharge pressure without making the structure complicated. A valve main body(15a) is mounted at a lower part of a small diameter part in the middle of a valve rod(15) for opening and closing a valve hole(22) from a lower part thereof. The valve hole is set to a diameter for inserting and passing an axial part of a valve shaft before valve assembling and a real opening area is reduced after the valve assembling.
