A method for controlling the excrement treatment of an automatic excrement treatment device, and its control apparatus are provided to allow the feces not to be treated with a basic operation to be treated. A method for controlling the excrement treatment of an automatic excrement treatment device comprises the steps of checking the excrement treatment mode and whether feces are sensed or not; and turning on or off the each solenoid valve in the automatic excrement treatment device, a water pump and a vacuum pump according to the checked result for control, wherein the control step comprises the steps of turning on the solenoid valve connected with a water pump and a feces pulverization nozzle for the set feces pulverization time if the excrement treatment mode is an urgent mode, and turning on the solenoid valve connected with a vacuum pump for the set feces inhalation time if the inside of a vacuum tank becomes vacuum state after the vacuum pump is turned on after the step.
