<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pressurize respective batteries with uniform pressure in a battery pack in which rectangular lithium-ion batteries are laminated. <P>SOLUTION: This is the battery pack 10 in which cell units 7 are laminated wherein the plurality of rectangular lithium-ion batteries are arranged on the same plane and respective batteries are pressurized by means that this laminate is pinched by a pair of pressure plates 12, 13, and by a center part coupling rod 15 installed at the center part of the cell units 7 and a peripheral part coupling rod 14 installed at the peripheral part of the cell units 7, a pair of pressure plates 12, 13 are coupled and the respective batteries are pressurized.
