<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbocharger capable of reducing a whirl sound, by restraining vibration in a cylinder mode of a turbine shaft without requiring a complicated structure. <P>SOLUTION: A turbine side floating bush bearing 10 is arranged on the turbine wheel 5 side in an inner peripheral surface 2a of a center housing 2. While an inner peripheral surface 2b is formed by expanding a part of the inner peripheral surface 2a in the radial direction on the compressor wheel 8 side, a compressor side floating bush bearing 11 is arranged in the inner peripheral surface 2b. The turbine shaft 6 is rotatably supported to the center housing 2 by the turbine side floating bush bearing 10 and the compressor side floating bush bearing 11. An outer diameter D5 of the compressor side floating bush bearing 11 is formed larger than an outer diameter D2 of the turbine side floating bush bearing 10 so that the outer diameter D5 becomes 1.1-2 times the outer diameter D2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
